È ancora Natale! Sí, perché il Signore ci guarda e cammina sempre con noi, viene ancora in questo “mondo disperato”. Viene a portare e nutrire in noi quella “Speranza che non delude” (Spes non confundit), e a inviarci nel mondo “pellegrini di speranza”, soprattutto dove l’umanità è vilipesa e abbandonata a se stessa.
Con la nostra Fede in Gesù potremo testimoniare che l’amore vince l’odio e che si può essere gioiosi anche in mezzo a tante difficoltà. Gesù sta proprio lì dove siamo noi, nelle nostre ferite e nei nostri desideri; Lui è sempre con noi e non delude.

It is still Christmas! Yes, because the Lord always looks at us and walks with us, he still comes to this ‘desperate world’. He comes to bring and nourish in us that ‘Hope that does not disappoint’ (Spes non confundit), and to send us into the world ‘pilgrims of hope’, especially where humanity is vilified and abandoned to itself.
With our Faith in Jesus we can testify that love conquers hatred and that one can be joyful even in the midst of so many difficulties. Jesus is right there where we are, in our wounds and in our desires; He is always with us and does not disappoint. .
